Bean stew

A cheap and easy dish to make.

Surely you have the necessary ingredients at home and you do not need any experience to do it, just have a little time so that they can cook the necessary time.

Ingredients
Beans 500 grams
An onion
A head of garlic
Two bay leaves
A tablespoon of paprika
A splash of oil
Salt


Elaboration
Soak the beans overnight with salt.

In a saucepan put cold water and salt.

Add the chopped onion, the whole and washed head of garlic, the bay leaves, the paprika, the oil and the drained beans.

When it starts to boil we add half a glass of cold water to cut the cooking (or scare the beans).

We will repeat it 3 times.

In this way we prevent the skins from loosening.

Once we have cut the cooking 3 times, cover the pot and cook for approximately an hour and a half.
