There are countless recipes with which you can enjoy legumes also in summer.

Today we will prepare a warm salad of lentils, walnuts and pear.

You'll see how rich you are.

Ingredients to prepare the salad

  • Half a kilo of cooked lentils
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Two pears
  • Half a tablespoon of grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 150 g of lamb's lettuce
  • 6 walnuts
  • half a tablespoon of sugar
  • 50 g of idiazábal cheese in a slice
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Pepper

Preparation of the recipe:
The first thing we will do is blanch the pears.

For this, in a saucepan with water, sugar and a little vinegar we put them for 4 or 5 minutes. In this way we will peel them quickly.

We split the pears, remove the core and cut them into thin slices.

To prepare the dressing, we mix the honey, a splash of vinegar and the mustard and heat it for 20 seconds in the microwave. Then add the salt, pepper, and olive oil and mix it.

On the other hand, we rinse the lentils well and drain them and microwave them for a minute so that they stay warm.

Once this is done, we place them in the source, put the cheese cut into thin strips, the pear and the lamb's lettuce on top and dress it with the vinaigrette that we have prepared.

Finally, sprinkle with the walnuts divided into very small pieces.
