Ingredients
400 grams of white beans cooked and drained
olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 tablespoons of chopped parsley
75 ml white wine
200 ml of broth (or water)
A chorizo pepper

Elaboration
Prepare a casserole (clay if possible) with a layer of olive oil. Heat it over medium heat with the minced garlic until golden brown, then add the minced parsley.
Open the chorizo pepper and place it with the pulp side down on the casserole, and rub it so that it leaves the flavor.
Now add the white wine and let it boil for a couple of minutes.
Now add the beans, the broth and the salt and simmer for another 10 minutes.
