To prepare this rich salad, the first thing you have to do is soak the black beans the night before.
The next step is to boil them until they are tender.
Chop the onion, the garlic clove, and sauté together with the well-drained beans in a pan.
Cut the potato and carrot into small squares and boil until tender.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
