Ingredients to make Lentils with Vegetables
1 glass and a half with brown lentils
1 medium onion
Half green pepper
Half a red pepper
1 large carrot
3 garlic cloves
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 bay leaf
2 teaspoons of sweet paprika
1 liter and a half of water
Salt

STEP 1.- We prepare the vegetables
First we peel and wash the carrot and onion. Then we cut all the vegetables into small pieces.

Sauté the onion and garlic in a frying pan with oil.

Add the peppers and sauté for a few minutes.

STEP 2.- We put the ingredients in the pot
We put the lentils and vegetables in a casserole.

Season with salt and pepper and add the bay leaf. We cover it well with water and bring it to a boil.

When it has broken to a boil, cover it and let it cook for 20-30 minutes.

And you already have ready to eat and enjoy your lentils with vegetables.
