In today's recipe we are going to prepare a different hamburger.
Instead of making it with meat, we will use quinoa and lentils, preparing a very healthy and light hamburger (and also easy to prepare).
It is a good option for those people who do not eat meat but do not want to give up the delicious menu of a very rich hamburger.

preparation of the recipe
Step 1
Wash the quinoa and cook it for 10 min, or the time indicated by the manufacturer so that it remains al dente, with twice the salt water by volume.
Cook the lentils separately in a pot with water and salt.
Drain the quinoa and set it aside.
Rinse the lentils and crush them lightly, without turning them into a puree.
Next, peel and mince the garlic, wash, dry and chop a few parsley leaves.
Step 2
Add the quinoa, the peeled and grated carrot, the beaten egg, salt and pepper to the lentils and mix.
Add the garlic, parsley, tahini, and half a teaspoon of cumin and mix again.
Form 4 hamburgers, cover them in breadcrumbs and fry them for 4 minutes on each side in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of hot oil.
Step 3
Peel and chop the cucumber. Mix it with the yogurt, 1 tablespoon of oil, mint, salt and pepper.
Wash the tomato, peel the onion and cut them into slices.
Wash and dry the lettuce; place 1 sheet at the bottom of each loaf. Distribute the tomato, onion and hamburgers, sprinkle with the sauce and cover with the bread.
To enjoy!
